NTF Precautions By HPCA Chairman !

This is Dr. Sana Saleem and I am writing this blog after watching video of our HPCA Chairman Dr. Iqbal Hanif Saahab who convey his message to all Doctors, Retailers, Distributors, wholesalers, Importers, the Instruction of NTF that is necessary in our clinics or stores.

NTF Precautions By HPCA Chairman

This message is to inform you that the federal government issued a letter on May.16.2025, regarding the NTF (National Task Force) issue. This message has been conveyed to all provincial governments, departments, and provincial inspectors. Please adopt these principles to avoid problems related to its shortcomings, which are as follows.

HPCA Rules

1. Record:

Maintain accurate records of sealed purchases and sales for timely verification. 

2. Form 6 & 7 Compliance:

Adhere to Form 6 and 7 regulations, and ensure these forms are available for pharmacies, stores, clinics, retailers, and wholesalers. Do not keep any medicines without Form 6 or 7. 

                     

 3. Bill Warranty:

Bill warranty should comply with Form No. 10 under SRO 412, to prevent any issues for future associates. 

4.Stock display:

Medicines that do not have form 6,7 should not be kept in shelves. If there are any such medicines, dispose of them immediately. 

5.Cleanliness of clinic stores:

Cleanliness of all stores and warehouses should be maintained according to hygiene principles. Special care should be taken to keep them free from dust and dirt, and the safety of medicines should be ensured. 

6.Precautions:

All necessary precautions should be taken to address unclear matters and resolve all issues, including all points.
