Undescended testicle

Undecendes testis, in new born children mostly the scrotum isn't in it's natural stance
undescended testies mostly there will be one testies in scrotum or the both will not be decended in child's scrotum.
It is mostly found in new born children with pre mature birth or with the normal delivery children whose mother went under some serious illness during pregnancy or under influence of heavy drugs/medication or radiotherapy etc
Through stomach there's really inguinal canals bilaterally recognize a three fingers just like base after all stomach along inguinal canal and also the base after all fingertips even though ball sack region its testies stuck  into the inguinal canal during the growth procedure in mother's womb and fails of decent into the scrotum as describe before that by some reasons it fails to decend into the scrotum normally and got stuck into the inguinal canal in most of the cases one testies will be undecended i.e will be left or either right, sometimes may both found undecended.

Now here are two types of undescended testicles cases in child.

The one is palpable and the second condition is non-palpable

Palpable:

mostly 80% of cases are palpable, Palpable mean that the undecended testies will be physically observe in inguinal canal during examination undecended testies will be observed with physical examination with finger, as a small ball under the skin in inguinal canal.

Non palpable:

it will not be judge with finger or with the physical examination.

Now there are numbers of other location inside or beside inguinal canal the may the undecended testies stuck.
In most of the cases it usually decend to scrotum normally with in first 6 to 8 months of birth period but if within 6 to 8 months of birth the problem still occur then surgery is very important in such cases then consult the case with a surgeon.

Undescended testies or it is also called cryptorchidism or cryptoorchitic testies.

Mostly parents ignore it or they missed to observe it in their child or often they assume that our baby is born with one testies they don't consult it with a Dr and as a result the child suffer sterility in his life it is not treated timely with the passage of time it's gland dead due to dryness and atrophy of testis if the undescended testies dry or got shrinked, it also has impact over healthy testies and with time the rest also got effected.

Simply it is said that untreated undecended testies cause sterility in child in puberty.
A gland around the testies called epidymis, its iflammation cause it to be shrink called epididymitis, later may cause hydroceles or varicocele veins problems in testis.
untreated cases causes complete damaged of epidymis cause it deadly shrunken as a result there will be no spermatogenesis.
Spermatogenesis, production of healthy sperm , the suitable area is scrotum because of the temperature of scrotum is below 2 degree from body's temperature
The undescended testies present in inguinal canal in abdomen got dead with increase body's temperature with the passage of time if untreated
undecended testicle in inguinal area damages the testis glands as the pressure creates a traumatic effects in its glands gradually this traumatic effects on testis and high temperature results into zero sperm production and permeant sterility.
