How to Get FSc Equivalence for DHMS

Procedure to obtain FSc Equivalence Certificate for Homeopathic Diploma DHMS.

1. First Method.  Those who have completed their Homeopathic Diploma or completed the first two years, but have not done FA/FSc, instead they have standard Matric with Science. To obtain the FSc equivalence certificate, they will first pass the three compulsory subjects of FA: English, Islamic Studies, and Urdu from any educational board in Pakistan. You can easily pass this examination by taking these three subjects in the first semester at Allama Iqbal University.

The procedure for taking the exam will be that you will get a photocopy of your matric science certificate verified by your relevant educational board. The board will give you a sealed envelope. You will send that sealed envelope along with an application to the Chairman of the Inter Board Committee (IBCC) in Islamabad via registered post, stating that you have passed the homeopathy diploma, or have completed two years, and now I want to obtain equivalence for F.Sc. Please issue me a Permission Letter to allow me to take the exam in three subjects of FA from the educational board. Copy it, print it out, and fill it in with your name, address, and other information. 

After receiving your application, IBCC will send a Permission Letter to your home address... (We have uploaded a permission letter that they have issued on our Dr.Mas Group on Facebook, so you can get an idea of what kind of permission letter it will be... or I have also re-uploaded it in the comments below. Have a look. Some quick-witted students have used the old letter to get their roll number slips issued. 

After receiving the permission letter, you should go to your respective board with photocopies of all your documents and tell them to issue you the examination form for three mandatory subjects to obtain the equivalence of the homeopathic diploma. Fill out this form, submit their examination fee, and get the roll number slip issued. When they ask for the permission letter, you can either show them the new permission letter issued in your name or show them the old one to get it issued. Provide them with photocopies of everything, and do not submit the original documents or the letter anywhere.

When the examination date sheet is issued, go and take the exam for three subjects combining both first year and second year. Get the result card for the three compulsory subjects: English, Islamic Studies, and Urdu. First, get the pass marks sheet for the three subjects verified from your respective board and obtain a sealed envelope. For verification, the National Council has uploaded a letter addressed to the board on its website www.nchpakistan.gov.pk. You can download it, print it, and then visit your respective educational board for verification. In the last stage, you need to download the form to verify the first two years of education from your homeopathic college from the National Council's website... (You can download and print the Council's own homeopathic equivalence form from the National Council's website www.nchpakistan.gov.pk. Fill out the Council's Homeopathic Diploma Equivalence Form; all forms are simple, just write your name, address, and the name of the college. Attach the original and two photocopies of the result card for the first two years of your homeopathic diploma with it. Then get the form certified in front by your respective college where you passed the diploma or the first two years, and get certification on the back of the original mark sheets. Also, get certification on the front of all photocopies. Deposit 750 rupees into the Council's online National Bank account number 4105907080, branch code 0557, Rawalpindi, and attach the original receipt. However, keep photocopies of everything for your records. Along with the form, send a paper stating that you have already verified your matric certificate and sent it to IBCC, and attach the permission letter with the Council's equivalence form.

The permission letter is issued only when the IBCC (Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen) Islamabad receives the sealed envelope of your matric certificate that you sent... You should send all these documents to the Registrar National Council for Homeopathy (NCH), Fazal Town, Phase I, Benazir Airport Link Road, Rawalpindi via registered post. Phone: 0515594112, 0515409003, 0515409045. Within fifteen days, you will receive your original result card and equivalence form from the council in a sealed envelope. Do not open this envelope. Now you need to download the equivalence form for FSc from the Homeo Diploma on the IBCC (Islamabad) website www.ibcc.edu.pk... Alternatively, read all the comments under this post; it has also been uploaded here once again. You can directly copy the IBCC Equivalence Form from here and get it printed. Fill out the Inter Board Committee (IBCC) form, attach the sealed envelope received from the National Council, and include the permission letter that IBCC initially sent you, along with a draft of 1200 rupees made out to the Secretary of IBCC, but keep a photocopy of everything for yourself. Now, send all these documents and forms via registered post to the Inter Board Committee IBCC Office, Plot No. 25, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad. IBCC phone: 0519106630.

After receiving the form, the Inter Board Committee (IBCC) will send you the equivalence certificate for your Homeopathic Diploma (DHMS) or the first two years within fifteen days, as is also visible, made in your name, along with all your original documents returned to you. They are only allowed to keep the photocopies. Therefore, please make sure to attach two photocopies of each of your documents with every form, and do read the list of documents that need to be attached at the end of each form carefully.

Once you receive the Equivalence Certificate, please take a good picture of the original copy and send it to our WhatsApp number, and also call 03006263403 to inform us.
